Our room was spacious with plenty of closet space, a safe, and a place to open our luggage without feeling like we're cramped. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets/pillows. And it was quiet at night. We stayed four nights and never felt like we needed housekeeping. We walked everywhere from this location: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, The Colosseum, Victor Emmanuele II Monument, and even The Vatican. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area too. 15-minute walk from Roma Termini train station (with luggage). The property is so easy to navigate. Stairs aren't as steep, so they're easy to climb and descend. There's an elevator that is large enough for two with bags. Everything is centrally located on the ground floor, and there's always someone around to point the way if needed. Stay here. You'll be glad you did. The restaurant (Timoty) was AMAZING and the perfect way to start each day. Breakfast hours were 7:30am until 12:30pm and there was so much variety and choice. The cappucinos were fantastico and there's plenty to choose from if you're Vegan or Vegetarian. A special shout out to Sylvia, who always looked after us like we were family. She was so professional, friendly, and accommodated everything we asked for, including preparing a box breakfast for us on our day of departure. This property has so much going for it, especially if you're a seasoned traveler. Guests we met were of all ages and nationanities. The staff is fantastic. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, multilingual, and knowledgeable. Seriously, they bent over backwards to ensure we enjoyed our stay. There is an activity going on every night. We especially enjoyed movie night in the common area, but our favorite part of this hotel was a kitchen where we could prepare our own dinner. There are grocery stores nearby where you can get fresh vegetables, pasta...

Such a great hotel. I knew it was a budget hotel/hostel so was prepared to make certain sacrifices but I was blown away by all aspects. Our room was pristine with 3 comfortable single beds and ample storage in a footlocker under each bed plus a large wardrobe (safe incl). Bathroom was spotless with great water pressure and the air con in the bedroom was icy (critical in Rome in August!). Rooms were cleaned daily and towels could be changed on request. The communal areas were great - air conditioned lounge area plus fully equipped kitchen, plus an outdoor seating area. They also hosted events in the lounge such as beer pong, movie nights, cooking classes in the kitchen, walking tours, etc. All free of charge. The breakfast in the adjacent cafe was delicious and all you can eat. The location is also great, really close to Roma Termini station but also on major bus & metro routes to all main attractions. The critical ingredient though were the staff - not just friendly but incredibly professional, knowledgeable and simply on it! When you asked for something they actioned it immediately. I got a really good teamwork vibe from all staff, people genuinely enjoying working there, meeting people and helping everyone have a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

The Hostel is just a 5 minutes walk to the Republica Metro Station and 10 minutes to Roma Termini Station. There’s a close-by convince, pub, restaurants and McDonalds. The facilities are well thought , meeting fellow traveler’s is very easy with the shared space for recreational (Hangout Area), kitchen and common bathroom and shower at the ground floor. So there’s no need to go to your room just to use the toilet. Vendo machines with snacks and drink are also available in the same floor. Separate machines for Laundry and dryer is also available for €4 each load. I booked a 1 bed in a 4 bedroom space with attached toilet and shower with bidet (which is a plus especially for guest coming from the Middle East) I was checked in at Room 202 , bed “D”. Doors can be open using pin codes, there are pull out storage for each guest and a shared cabinet to hang your long coats/ jackets and garments. Reception is open 24/7 and the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They even give welcome drinks vouchers that you could redeem at the bar next to the hostel. I highly recommend the hostel. It’s for sure a good value for money! I would definitely stay again whenever I’m in Rome. All the best to the Rome Hello team! Thank you for the wonderful service.

The staff was friendly and they helped me a lot. I had the wrong plug adapter I got for Europe from india but they let me rent one at the reception. Laundry was handy. Good conversation with the reception guy on Roman Empire. He explained me what the bidet is I wish I had remembered their names. There was an Italy wide strike the day it was going to be my flight, and they helped me with the conveyance. First taxi cancelled on me. I panicked and the lady there, looked at me and said "Be positive!". That was a nice gesture.

I had originally booked a dorm and instead decided to switch to a private. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with this. The private room was really great. It was clean, comfortable and bathroom was great too. The location was great also. The whole hostel gave very social vibes which is great being a solo traveller. They had different events every night and even a free walking tour of Rome - they also gave a free welcome drink! I’ll definitely be back here when I’m back in Rome!
